Castra Lato is a fort of bandits near Fons Villa in the Peth'are Mountains and is home to some formidable foes. Here, is where Elite bowmen and Elite bandits stay and provide a large threat to those exploring this area. Once in Castra Lato, you can head into the Castra Mines and challenge the dungeon Antrum Lato where you can find and fight the Foreman, the leader of the bandits.
